Bedtime Books

We are all feeling much better here. The boys and I didn't do much at all this past week, but I think we are finally healthy.

I took a couple of videos tonight that I wanted to share. Both boys really love their books and Ethan has started to try to "read" them himself. Tonight he wanted to read Wy his bedtime stories. I love moments like this.

Sickies

It's been awhile since I have posted anything. We went home last week and visited our family. We had a great time seeing everyone. Unfortunately, the boys and I got sick halfway through our trip. We spent the last few days of vacation just laying around and feeling pretty miserable. Wyatt had started wheezing by Monday, so we had to take him into the doctor. He's back on breathing treatments and he also had an ear infection and is on antibiotics for that. He still sounds like junk today, but he's hopefully getting better. Ethan was just starting to get over his cold and then got a stomach virus and threw up twice yesterday along with diarrhea. It was a super fun day around here. Anyway today has been better for everyone. Let's hope it continues.

Blizzard

I think the news station said we got 18 inches. Our driveway had a huge drift on it--like a 3 foot drift. Ben had to stay all night at the hospital the day/night of the storm, but then got to come home at 8 the next morning. He almost couldn't make it to our front door. He spent about 3 hours clearing off our driveway. I don't know if I remember seeing this much snow. Crazy!
