Field Trips

We have participated in a couple of tours with a mom's group here in town the past couple weeks.  First, I took the boys to the fire station.  They loved seeing the fire trucks up close.  Wyatt was a little nervous about the fireman all dressed up in his gear, but Ethan was a champ. 


Then, I took Ethan to see the airport.  Wyatt stayed home with Daddy for this trip.  They let us look at some planes and the airport fire truck.  We also got to watch a plane land and then take off again.  Ethan had a great time!

Moving

I haven't posted in forever.  We've been so busy the past few weeks.  We got all moved into our new house this past week and are loving it.  We had lots of help and couldn't have done it without our friends and a BIG thanks to my parents.  They helped us move, clean, watch/entertain the boys, get unpacked, and all settled in.  We are so grateful to everyone.  The boys are loving all the new space to run around and Ethan has really enjoyed fishing in the lake behind our house.  He's been reeling them in all by himself.  I haven't taken any picture of the inside of our house, but here are some from our backyard.

In Memory

This was the last time I saw my grandma.  It had been too long and I knew it.  She had been not well for awhile and although I'm glad she is no longer in pain, it's still hard to say goodbye.  I'm so glad that I have a picture of her with my boys so I can show them someday.
 

Sarah's Baptism

We went to KC for the weekend to see our niece Sarah's baptism.  We had a great time seeing everyone.  Ben's whole family was able to get together for the celebration.  Wyatt pooped out on us at church, but we made it long enough to see the big event.
